As a well-known rotational moulder, we could have carried on as we used to. But we wanted more. More for ourselves, but especially more for you, as our customers.
With this in mind, we set out to develop our new design line Valiente®. Valiente® , synonym for the courage to launch totally new products that enchant you and make you dream.

The early days
NV Plastigi was founded in 1963 by Jozef De Ceuster. The family business, an aluminum foundry at first, soon switched to plastics. Led by son in law Georges Claus it grew out to be a well know rotational moulding company.
The business expanded and the original plant in Mortsel by Antwerp was no longer sufficient to meet the needs of an ever growing company. In 1995 NV Plastigi moved to Hezewijk 1 in Herentals. Due to a big scale renaming of streets in Herentals, the address changed to Lenskensdijk 3 on August 11th 2015.
In the meantime the company is in the capable hands of the third generation. Filip Claus, as managing director, assisted by his brother Stefan Claus.
Now NV Plastigi is an SMB with customers in all industrial branches. Among the clients big names as Atlas Copco, Picanol, Van Hool, Eloy et fils, Parsprototo, Duracel and many others, are found.
As a result of a close cooperation with Zweva Engineering, a leading player in telecom, Zweva Environment in Houthalen was founded. Here the Zweva containers, for subterranean waste collection, are being manufactured. Filip and Stefan Claus provided the knowledge and know-how for the build of the rotational moulding machine, needed for this production.
The present
As we firmly believe that stagnation leads to decline, we decided to diversify and create our own design line. This dream led to the birth of Valiente®, design products made in quality plastics. Innovative and stylish for very demanding customers.
To this end, we went into partnership with AMS, leaders in robotization. This resulted in a brand new manufacturing process on a equally new location, Hannekenshoek 25 in Herentals.
